After departing Hawaii RoamSquad flew across the country and travelled to upstate New York. RoamSquads’ ten favorite things about the Saratoga/Lake George region of Upstate New York:
We got back to the hotel just in time to catch the fireworks from the hotel parking lot.
We had dinner at a new restaurant in the Del Mar Plaza: Monarch Ocean Pub. It was REALLY good. We started with honey-roasted carrots with a light ricotta sauce (a bit bland but it was the carrots’ fault) and some well-breaded, mildly spicy calamari with a yuzu aioli.
